Sure, a robot named Alice can spit out logo in 30 seconds, but does it differentiate your business from your competition? I'm passionate about concepting, creating and strategerizing your brandmark.

Sometimes the best solutions come from putting our brains together to make an even greater, Voltron-like brain lion. Playing nice with others can sometimes produce even greater results.

It starts with a sketchbook and a pen and gradually makes it's way to Illustrator, Figma or another favorite software. Spitting out as many ideas to start a project can help it stay on target throughout.

When I was first disciplined for holding my pencil incorrectly (thanks 2nd grade english teacher), it was obvious the lead had been replaced with creative juices. Let them flow.

I grew up in Minnetonka, Minnesota and have remained in the state of lakes and loons all of my life. I graduated from Hopkins High School and as you might imagine looking at the picture above left, was quite the hottie. That happens when you get industrial tech glasses and braces in the same week. A few years later I would dye my hair blonde and since that coincided with the emergence of Eminem, some people called me Slim Shady.

I have been blessed with two amazing daughters, Norah (left) and Ruby (right). I'm so proud of them and they are already doing great things in the world.

Somewhere smack dab in the middle of Covid blowing up the world, I added this cute Boston Terrier to the family. Lucille is more active with her paws than any dog I've had as seen by her tapping me on the face in the photo above. She can clear a room with her gas, but she's a great snuggler and loves walks and playing catch.

I'm a lifelong baseball fan and have become a hockey fan since a professional team returned to Minnesota. The sports teams I remain hopelessly loyal to are the Toronto Blue Jays and the Minnesota Wild. I also love live music and won't miss a chance to see one of my favorites, Bon Iver (singer Justin Vernon pictured).
